Levico Terme
The arsenic-iron water of Levico (metres 506) is unique in Europe thanks to the high concentration of iron and arsenic salts.
The spa practises the bathing-therapy for deseases of blood (anaemia, lymphatism, lacks of iron), thyroid, nervous system (neurosis, neuroasthenia, neurodisthonia) and skin (psoriasis, eczema, dermatosis). Other therapies are the inhalations, muds and baths. The treatments are practised by the Palace of Spas in Levico from April to October.
It is also possible to combine these treatments with the physiotherapy, thanks to the presence of a centre of rehabilitation with a specialized medical staff.
It is obligatory a medical visit, to measure possible indications and contra-indications of every single person.
